I will be honest, a closing down sale from a shop I had never heard of had me expecting the worst. I was wrong. My order came quickly, the quality was lovely, and everything was exactly as described. I felt rather silly for doubting them.

When the prices are this low you assume the clothes will be cheap and nasty. They are not. Everything I have ordered feels well made and looks far dearer than I paid. I have already been back twice.

My one worry was what happens if something does not fit, especially with a shop that is closing. I sent a piece back and the refund came through without any fuss at all. No arguments, no chasing. That is rare these days.

What won me over was the service. I emailed with a question, half expecting to hear nothing, and a real person replied the same day and could not have been kinder. You simply do not get that everywhere now.

I am not the most confident with computers and usually ask my daughter to order for me. This time I managed it all on my own. The website is clear and simple, and my parcel arrived just as promised.

Three orders now and every single one has arrived on time and beautifully wrapped. For a shop in its final weeks, the care they take puts younger companies to shame. I trust them completely.

My only complaint is that I found this lovely shop just as they are closing for good. The clothes, the prices, the service, all wonderful. I have stocked up while I can and I am genuinely sad to see them go.
